I feel like everyone is not on the same page here. I came in last week and asked if I could return some brand new never used face powder that was the wrong shade my husband had bought for a gift for me. I told them when it was bought and everything and then today I drive a half an hour to get here and the cashier tell me they can't take it back because its been to long I literally told them when it was bought when I came in the first time like 3 or 4 days ago.

Today my experience was just me doing a Quick Look and Ingrid saw I was struggling and offered to help! This lady went beyond customer service and honestly I never had such a great experience like this before! She helped me out tremendously and just made me feel great! Such a sweet and helpful lady!

They really need better people in this store. The only interaction I got was asked for my number for the account and stared down the entire time. A hello how are you doing? or just any kind of acknowledgement would have been nice!

Rude customer service. I don’t have an account with ulta, so when Diane prompted me to type in my phone number it didn’t work, so I asked if you needed to put in the phone number she said “yes”. Then text some peers who have an account which takes two minutes so she gets frustrated and impatient? There isn’t a line, no one’s waiting. Then proceeds to continue with the transaction so… you don’t need to put in a phone number? As someone who works in customer service we are honest and patient with our customers.

Wonderful help from Lupita! Wasn’t excited about the fragrances being locked up but I asked for some help as I am looking for a wedding perfume. LUPITA helped me and she was the sweetest! She gave some great recommendations and even offered to go back and respray and write the names of my top contestants down for me! She definitely deserves a highlight! Thanks Lupita!
