WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR: (1) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS THE RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY SERVICES OBTAINED FROM PROVIDERS LISTED ON OUR SITE; (2) ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND PROVIDERS LISTED ON OUR SITE; OR (3) ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT POSTED BY PROVIDERS ON OUR SITE.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Account Registration

If you register for an account on our Site, you agree to: (1) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (2) maintain and promptly update your account information; (3) maintain the security of your account credentials; (4) be responsible for all activities that occur under your account; and (5) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. LISTING SERVICES

4.1 Basic Listings

Basic listings are provided at no cost and include limited information about the provider. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any basic listing at any time without notice.

4.2 Premium Listings and Paid Placements

Premium listings and paid placements are available for purchase. Providers who purchase these services will receive enhanced visibility and additional features as described on our Site at the time of purchase. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided during the purchase process.

4.3 Claim Your Listing

Providers may claim their listing by verifying their identity and business information. After a listing is claimed, the provider will have the ability to update certain information about their practice. We reserve the right to verify information and deny claims at our discretion.

4.4 Content Submission

By submitting content to be included in your listing (including but not limited to text, images, logos, and business information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that: (1) you own the content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms of Service; and (2) the content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.

4.5 Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service, contains inappropriate content, or for any other reason. We may also remove listings upon request from the provider, subject to verification of identity.

5. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments for premium listings, paid placements, or other services are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the services you have selected.

5.2 Subscription Auto-Renewal

For subscription-based services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee at the then-current rate for each renewal period.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account settings if available. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which will be provided during the purchase process.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Site Content

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. All provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site or these Terms of Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Maricopa County, Arizona. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

9.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against the Company, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you through email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or the Company may bring a formal proceeding.

10. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and Services.
