Infinity Med-I-Spa of Anniston

Dr. Posey and his staff were excellent! The nurse working alongside him was informative and comforting. I had a bad experience at a med-spa prior to coming here and they both eased my nerves! 10/10 recommend and will forever drive from Georgia to see Dr. Posey!

I've been going to Infinity Medispa in Anniston, AL for many years now. I've NEVER been disappointed with the staff, procedures or products. Dr. Posey is great! I trust him for all my Botox & dermal fillers. Always a pleasure!

I have had three appointments. The first time, they completely forgot I was there. Kept taking back patients and ignored me completely. I left. Came back to try again weeks later. Great experience. Made a follow up appointment. Third visit was a repeat of the first. I'll not go back. I'd rather have the broken facial capillaries than set foot in that office again.

My appointment was Saturday at 10:30, I have been here several times before and it takes a long time. I don't have an issue waiting but I was taken to a room and around 11:45 got up to go to the bathroom and when I got back another patient was in my room. I asked the assistant why was someone in my room I was just gone to the bathroom and she said she thought I had left. I am guessing they thought I was gone due to the wait but I had prepaid for my services so was not leaving. I understand getting behind but give people sitting there a heads up. It is extremely unprofessional and if I go to the bathroom have the courtesy to not put another patient in my room. There was no one in the office and no other rooms were occupied so I dunno how "busy" it had been. I have spent thousands here and expect people to respect my time like I respect them.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Do not let the actual location fool you. Yes, it's located in not the newest or nicest shopping center in Anniston Alabama. But inside, you'll find a very clean and welcoming environment. The staff becomes like family after you've gone there a couple of times. And Dr Posey? He's the absolute best and only doctor that I'd trust with my face (Botox and dermal fillers). I have been very pleased over the years and wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
