Brooke has been amazing as well as the ladies who do my initial when I first get in the room. Dr Patel performed my surgery with a fabulous stiching. . I always enjoy coming even though the circumstances of my reason there isn't great. I have felt cared for and WALKED-WITH the whole time. The receptionist back in May 2024 time-frame could have greatly benefitted from a class on customer service skills but at my follow up in October, she wasn't at the front desk so that was a welcome change.

I did not have to wait long in the waiting area. They were very punctual in the back and got through quickly. Let me know everything they were doing while they were doing it and I appreciated that thank you.

My appointment with Kim was very helpful in understanding what is going on with my skin. She answered all my many questions and then called in prescriptions for me that will help resolve my issue. Delilah was also helpful and understanding. Another excellent experience at True Dermatology! So glad I found them!

Visit was quick and professional. Staff was kind and seemed happy with their work. Anne Townsend Love was great. It was well worth the 45 minute drive from Montgomery.

The entire staff was exceptional. The receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor were professional and attentive; plus very sweet and friendly. I had a very pleasant visit.
