I had a really wonderful experience here. They return phone calls promptly, Carson at the front desk is wonderful and I knew exactly what to expect because they walked me through everything. I just had lip filler done a few weeks ago and I'm going back soon to have them add a bit more. The experience was pleasant and I didn't feel a thing. The only thing I'll say is that they can be booked out a little far, so know that when you call or stop by. Also, everyone's body reacts differently to different treatments. I had a great post-procedure experience.

I’ve been seeing Sarah M. at the Daphne location for a few months now. She is absolutely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She has helped me learn a lot regarding my skin on how to take care of it and use skin care products appropriately. I had a few concerns with a cosmetic procedure I chose to do and with no hesitation Sarah and Madi were able to fit me into the schedule same day and addressed those concerns for me with Dr. Forrester. The services, customer service, and friendliness is always on point.

Make sure you can make your appointment or you will be charged a 100.00 rescheduling fee if you don't give them 2 business day notice. Work comes first, they can keep my 40.00 gift card. Very bad business practice, when people have to work.

Sarah did laser hair removal on me and it was a wonderful experience. It was just how she explained it would be! She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation! I have received dysport several times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. Hanna is great at answering questions and explaining just how much you need to get the results! Ryan was very quick when doing the procedure, and super super nice! All around great experience, I will not go anywhere else for my derm and spa needs!

I received stellar service at Sole Med Spa. Sarah did laser on my chin and I was extremely cautious due to a bad experience I had having it done elsewhere a couple of years ago. I truly didn't think it'd work but it did! I am so pleased with the results and was very impressed with Sarah and her team at Sole Med Spa. I received excellent service and she explained everything to me. She took the time to answer any and all of my questions and never seemed rushed. I highly recommend using this spa for all of your needs. Sarah is an excellent esthetician and is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for other services they offer.
