They were very busy, but also very organized. All staff was pleasant, thorough, and efficient. Savannah quickly identified areas that required biopsy and specimens were taken right away. Clear and easy to understand post procedure instructions.

Wonderful experience. Front desk was courteous and very prompt. Nursing staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Prestwood was professional and listened. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Just Wow, 10 stars plus, Np Nichole Prestwood & MA Margie and the entire team at dermatology specialist are awesome. They had me in and out within an 45 minutes, and even performed a shaving of a mole on the back of my head that was not scheduled, it was painless, see pic. And it was at no additional cost and under the same VA referral. They also assisted with getting my jublia script filled at Walmart pharmacy at 1/10 th of the cost by applying a coupon that was online, saving me $700+ dollars. Retired Army, VA patriots and anyone, you cannot go wrong by asking your dr to referral you to them for dermatology needs ( mine was fungus in toe nails and moles that may be cancerous) and going to enterprise dermatology specialist of Alabama... Prompt check-in and registration. I was escorted to the waiting room and pre-screened quickly, however, it took 40 mins for the NP to come in and they did not acknowledge how long I was waiting. Staff was nice but would suggest they work on time management and courtesy manners.
