If you've ever considered getting permanent brows, don't walk, RUN to Rawwbeauty! Yesterday, I had the privilege of having my brows done by PMU and makeup artist Jackie, and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. A few years ago, an autoimmune disease completely and permanently wiped out my eyebrows. I had to draw brows on every day which added anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour to my routine. Sadly, there aren't any good, waterproof makeup options for people with no brows. I was no longer able to swim, sweat, or even hug people closely without fear of my brows rubbing off. It also adversely impacted my self esteem. Well, that all changed yesterday when I met Jackie. She's knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and meticulous, and she took plenty of time with me to make sure my brows were perfect and exactly as I wanted them. I was concerned that they would look fake since I don't have hair there, but they're beautiful, natural, and WAY better than anything I could draw on myself. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed, like I was meeting an old friend. The procedure itself is painless and worth every penny. My eyebrows were victim to my 90s-00s teenage desire to have pencil thin brows; problem being they never really grew back after this obsession. Needless to say, I've been using waterproof brow pomade for years in order to hide my shame *ok I'm being a little dramatic here* but finally decided, after much research and viewing Jackie's meticulous work online, that it was time to invest in a more permanent solution. Jackie was wonderful at setting expectations and providing clear, detailed instructions for after care so that I knew what to expect. Additionally, she allowed me to watch the process from start to finish, and I felt comfortable making a request for a minor tweak, which she confirmed with me and templated before proceeding *the control freak in me was very pleased*. If you've been on the fence about getting permanent brows, jump off and go see Jackie. She not only reshaped my brows to better open up my eyes, but she's perfected them and has given me back my confidence *awkward car selfie attached for reference*. I am going to reiterate what other reviews have stated, my only regret was not going sooner!!

Jackie promptly returned my call today concerning reshaping my brows from micro blading. She quickly informed me that micro blading is no longer the best way to enhance brows, and it is also permanent. I had always been told micro blading needed touch ups. Jackie informed me I would need laser therapy (provided at a different salon) to remove the old dye from my brows before she could help me. I realized she was actually turning down or postponing business because she would not try “fix” someone else’s work. It is not often an artist cares more about making sure a client gets the best service possible, rather than providing a service she knows will not meet her standards.

Hannah did a great job with my first piercing! She was very educational and explained the whole process in depth. She was very instructional on what to do for aftercare. Really love my new piercing and will be back for any and all piercing needs.
