Madison Wellness & Aesthetic Center is a very nice facility. My introduction to their weight loss program by Chad Gilliam was very pleasant and informative. He explained the process in detail. I’ve been on the program for almost one month with no side effects so far. I look forward to continuing this journey to completion.

Chad is fantastic! Always takes the time needed to discuss your goals and how to attain them. He and all the staff are very personable and friendly. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

So far so good. I’m on my first month of BIOTE and am Starting to feel better. The staff is really sweet While still being professional. If I had to make a complaint, I would ask that the induction process to be a little less rushed and chaotic. A little extra time explaining what’s about to be done, can only help. I would spend less time pushing the supplements at the first visit as well.

Chad is great! He checked all of my levels and came up with a plan to get me on track so I could feel back to my old self! It’s been about a month and I’m definitely feeling better than I have in a long time! Thanks to Chad and his team for all of their help!!!

If you have thyroid issues, Chad is your man. I have hypothyroidism and he was so knowledgeable and understanding with my concerns about starting weightloss medication. He made everything so easy and simple.
