Mobile Dermatology

The few times I’ve went, I’ve had a nice experience, however I called today to make an appt and was told that the Nurse Practitioner I was seeing had left. I was told to either follow her or find another dermatologist because the other doctor’s were not seeing her patients. As far as I know, nurse practitioners work under the direction of a physician so why am I just being discharged? I didn’t even receive a notification in the mail. This is very unprofessional.

I was a patient of one of their NP and she left they were very rude in telling me they wouldn't see me and I could follow her. Very unprofessional practice. Don't waste your time going here.

The African-American girl at the front desk was extremely rude even before today. I’ve been a patient with them for years and got told today I had to pay my co-pay up front when I wasn’t even aware I had one, which normally is not a problem. However, I did not have my debit card with me. I asked if I could call back tomorrow and pay because I didn’t have payment with me, and was harshly told no. The girl had an attitude the whole time she was talking to me and was looking down at her phone. They rescheduled my appointment to TOMORROW so that I could bring my card with me instead of letting me call them with the card number. It was an honest mistake on my part and I took time off work to come to this appointment. I felt like the whole thing was extremely petty. I’ve never been to a doctors office that won’t bill the co-pay or work something out, especially for someone who has been a patient with them prior to this and has no outstanding bill with them. And to make things even better, I called my insurance on the way home and they said I shouldn’t even have a co-pay. I found a quick appointment with a different dermatologist who confirmed I don’t have a co-pay. Not sure if they even care, but they lost a patient today over $45.

Dr. King has treated me with ALL the respect and understanding you would hope for from any doctor! Not only is she beyond thorough with your presenting case in her office, she also is highly motivated to achieve both a causal understanding for both herself and one in which she can convey to her patients. She is a Godsend in working with any other doctors via paperwork, etc. You won't be disappointed!

Dr. King provided me with STELLAR service. She was thorough with examination for my issues. She had a GREAT bedside demeanor and she answered all of my questions and made sure I understood. I LOATHED the fact that I wasn't rushed. Dr. King took her time and she has such an addicting personality. Her nurse was very sweet and professional as well. The front office provided STELLAR customer service. Overall, the entire office was nice and professional. Keep up the EXCELLENT customer service!!!
