Very friendly and pleasant. Everything was explained and questions were answered so that we understood what was going to happen and what to expect. They truly seemed personable in the procedure making sure you were feeling no pain and was comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Freeman and his staff.

I was in and out within an hour and they began a comprehensive plan to provide me relief from a decade of misery - already feeling better. Scheduling was easy and when I was an hour late to my appointment by accident they worked to reschedule me asap (same day even). I should have gone years ago and the Nurse Practitioner I saw was a rock star. They have a new lifelong loyal client.

Pleasant. Caring, attentive. I don’t care for being sent back out to the waiting room for checkout. There was a large crowd/line in front room and I wasn’t sure what to do. Stand in line again or go straight to the desk? It put me in an uncomfortable position of “not knowing” and when I went to the desk they told me there were others in front of me. How can that be when I’ve been there for an hour? And I have stood in that line already? It just needs to be a smoother and more courteous process.

Melissa is very professional and through but nice and personable! Candace, from the start made me feel very comfortable...she was very professionable also. Her tone of voice, when asking me questions, was clear and pleasant! Both ladies are excellent employees and represent your business wonderfully!!!

I always have a great experience at Sunrise! From check-in to check-out, the process is smooth and pleasant. Dr. Ramagosa and Brittany take the time to listen, answer questions, and explain everything thoroughly. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
