Having asthma my whole life, a 30 minute visit to the salt cave, especially as the seasons change really helps me get through the season better. It's like cramming a week at the beach into a few minutes and gives my immune system a huge boost. Kelly and her team are so wonderful and answer all my crazy questions with ease!

A wellness center that will get you back up on your feet. They give tours and explain the benefits from each special piece of equipment. Very affordable!!! I go weekly. I can't wait to try their float tank. 1 hour in it is equivalent to 8 hours of rest😃
