Loved Heidi! Very pleasant and personable. Answered all our questions and concerns. An intern was with her and we were glad to have her. Girl at Front Desk was pleasant and polite.

I recently visited Total Dermatology for a skin issue that had been bothering me for quite some time. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Heidi and her assistant took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my skin.

LOVE Natalie George. She has been amazing since I became a patient of hers 6-7 years ago! My skin has come a long way. I will never use anyone else for dermatological concerns.

My first initial visit to Total Dermatology was great from the kind reception at check-in, to check out. The Receptionist, Physicians Assistant my knowledgeable Hannah and her assistant the wonder and gracious Wynter made my experience delightful. Best doctor visit I have ever had. Dr. Krell and the staff are absolutely amazing. I wish I started here on my journey. So, do yourself a favor and start here(you’re welcome). Wait and drive if you have to. I would hands down only go here for every medical need if I could. 11/10 fantastic. Every person had a great attitude and it felt amazing to interact with professionals that cared and made me feel at ease. It matters who your doctor is and where you go.
