I do NOT recommend this doctor's office. I called over 30 times over the course of 3 months trying to get an appointment for a sleep study. The girls that answer the phones repeatedly told me they had to verify my insurance every single time I called and would call me back.....and never did. Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I opted to do an online mail in study that was tremendously cheaper and easier than this office is. Doubt this review will do any good, but wanted to warn people if possible.

I was so pleased with my experience at Alabama Sleep Aesthetics. I’ve been in need of a sleep study for a while but my anxiety had been triggering my procrastination. After finally biting the bullet and making the appointment I was really nervous about going in overnight. My WONDERFUL nurse Melissa put me so at ease with her expertise and amazing sense of humor. Though newly acquainted she was the type of nurse that made me feel I had known her for years and could trust her. I even requested her specifically when I had to go in for a second night. I would recommend this sleep center for everything from the print doctor call-backs to their kind and compassionate staff and nurses like Melissa. Thank you for a wonderful and informative experience.

My wife went in for a checkup after couple years and this place was very chaotic and unorganized. The Doctor rushed thru the appointment. People with appts had to wait outside with the lobby being used as the place to see the doctor. Weirdest appointment we have ever been to and will not be back. My wife called later in the day to converse with the Manager about the appointment. They promised to call back that same day but never did.

Was absolutely best sleep study experience I have had, and I have had many. Michelle worked with me and she was absolutely the best. She was very professional and made me feel at home. Would highly recommend, and ask for Michelle.

I now understand the expression “a good night’s sleep!!” My cardiologist explained the relationship of My A-fib to sleep apnea and referred me to Dr Stephen for a consultation and sleep study. My study revealed sleep apnea as Dr Stephen predicted and consequently fit me with a CPAP Machine. The experience could not have been more positive. Dr Stephen explained the process and Results in plain terms, taking as much time as I needed for questions. Each staff member that I encountered was Professional, knowledgeable and kind. I wake up RESTED, and no longer crave an afternoon nap!! Thank you Alabama Sleep and Aesthetics!
