Seeing Dr. Scarlette Smith, is a great blessing to me, especially given my family history of serious skin cancer and my own hard headedness during my earlier years. Knowing as my physical body ages - Dr. Smith has and continues to be thoughtful, thorough - (today I had a complete body examination) intentional, and has helped me to feel at ease in our conversation. I may Suffer from undiagnosed, “white coat PTSD,” LOL, that I am even at times able to recall if I’ve noticed any area of my skin which might be of even a minor concern to me. Just from knowing myself - I recognize when I’m relaxed I’m more likely to have the capacity for recalling those kinds of details when I feel at ease, and in a safe place. It’s at those times we are both able to be completely focused On being thorough and on my general well-being.bThese days in the world of medicine my experience has been that this type of atmosphere is more and more difficult to find. I feel confident with each visit dr. Smith and her staff have my best interest, from a medical health perspective - at heart. On those occasions I have asked about ways of improving the overall health and condition of my skin - the products recommended have been available over the counter. I’d also note that the items I purchased based on her recommendation, generally sit right next to the ones I had been using but generally had found ineffective. I have found her product recommendations consistently are the products I ultimately have been sticking with for a long time now. So yes, I am able to recommend, Dr. Smith and the dermatology and skin care Center without hesitation.

Highly recommend Dermatology & Skin Care Center. My family has seen both Julie Harper and Katie Tuck and they are just the best! The entire staff is always so helpful and responsive at all times!! Julie recently went out of her way to respond to my concerns on a sudden issue that came up and it was so truly appreciated. Highly recommend!!

I've used them a couple of times. A little annoyed by my recent visit earlier in the year. Prior I had a lab done not only did they call to tell my results it was loaded in my patient portal. This most recent time, I heard nothing and finally called. They did not put my lab in my patient portal at all, and supposedly mailed my results to me. Never got the results in the mail, but I did receive the bill for the visit in the mail. Disappointing

Made an appointment because I wanted to see Dr. Smith. She left practice before my appointment. I kept the appointment. Dr. Harper rushed in and out spent under 15 mins total. Felt very rushed, not heard and like she didn’t care. I will not be going back.

I was really nervous and embarrassed to go in for my Fraxel consult and have someone look at my skin, but Jamekia and Dr Harper were both super easy energy and made me feel comfortable. They even suggested and administered some on the spot treatment for 2 of my problem areas! Can't wait to go get my Fraxel laser done here in a few weeks😊
