Alaska Functional Medicine + Spa

I’ve had facials by both Olivia and Kristen, and always leave relaxed and refreshed! I have also had Botox by Greyson and loved the results. The front staff are so sweet and I always feel welcome and taken care of here. Update - I still can't say enough good things about this place. I had a reaction to one of the procedures (no fault of theirs, my skin was prone to it) and they bent over backwards to help me. I've had last minute scheduling conflicts and they were happy to reschedule me and even honor the pricing of the original appointment. I said it the first time in my review but I always feel taken care of here, their customer service is off the charts!

This review is mainly intended for services provided by Ashley, RN. Ashley is not only knowledgeable about the services and products offered, she is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. It’s evident through her work that she is both skillful and passionate about her job. I definitely recommend her. The office itself is clean and bright and the front desk is always smiley and welcoming.

My time at Alaska Functional Medicine was great. The staff were warm and super knowledgeable, making me comfortable and well taken care of from the get-go. They answered all my questions with care, showing that they're really into improving overall health, not just treating symptoms. I'd surely recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful and effective medical care.

Please remove all of my photos from any of your promotions. I've already asked for this and you agreed. Yet, I still see my face advertising your services. Update per response from business - The "great lengths" they referred to working with me was severing me as a client when they did not want to correct the overfilled/misplaced filler done even after I was verbally promised the costs of dissolving would be covered. Gaslighting and severing service is what was actually provided. From Facebook Review that they may erase- Absolutely do not recommend this place. They seem kind and nice at first, but make you feel crazy if you question the results. I was so receptive and kind to all they said and did; thinking it was just me being hyper critical. I went to multiple doctors after having TT filler done at this place bc I felt it looked worse. I have lumps under my eyes only develop after the procedure. I went to several medical providers and experienced injectors - all confirmed it was misplaced / overfilled filler. This business still will not take responsibility for what they did. They told me I could dissolve the filler for free initially... then they tried to charge me and when I didn't pay for the dissolving agent they severed me as a client. Horrible experience, especially as I trusted the injector.... to just be dropped due to my concerns without any explanation of why. If you want to go to a place that is fake and greedy, go here. I'd never recommend this group to anyone. Please beware.

Best medical spa in Anchorage, no contest. I discovered Alaska Functional Medicine about a year ago - and they've become my go-to provider for all things aesthetic ever since. The services are top notch! LOVE the results. I'm quickly becoming a self-care junkie, I keep going back to try new things... thank goodness they have monthly specials! Haha The people there are also just exceptional. Responsive, professional, friendly. I always leave the clinic feeling well taken care of and looking forward to my next visit. Can't speak highly enough of Alaska Functional Medicine and their philosophy towards wellness. Absolutely recommend! :)
