Very clear & to point communicators - scheduling wasn't as quick as preferred but completely reasonable considering there was no urgency or risk. Check in always effortless & streamlined no repeatedly filling out same questionnaire! Which is appreciated. Kind, respectful, efficient, clean, patient friendly environment! Highly recommended

If you want to go somewhere where most check in staff are rude or don’t acknowledge you, go here! If you want to have your skin issues you’ve dealt with your whole life mansplained to you in a less than a 5min assembly line style appointment, go here! If you want to call and be transferred 5billion times just to leave a message and never have your call returned DEFINITELY go here! Ive never had such an issue with a medical office in my life. Is it quick to get in? Yes. Is it worth it? Not in my opinion. I’d rather wait 3 months to see someone than to have to deal with whatever they have going on here. Only positive experience I’ve had with capstone so far was with family medical and unfortunately I will not be using any of their clinics or services again.

Absolutely PRICELESS ! I was hesitant and not sure where to start in writing this review. After careful consideration, I decided to start with the truth. I have been doing these type of treatments, Botox and fillers, for many years. I am also loyal to the facility that I used. However, I started to look older and not satisfied with the results of the treatments. Time and stress were taking its toll and I was aging rapidly. I began to feel that short of a total facelift, there wasn’t much I could do about it - I’m over 62. Life happens and we age. I wanted to age gracefully and not look like I had had work done, but that was no longer happening - regardless of how much money I spent. I stopped getting the treatments, figuring I’m being selfish, wasting money, and not even getting the results I wanted - let alone liked. I don’t know what made me switch up, but I decided to give Kristen Alcorn at Capstone Dermatology & Specialty Clinics a try. I am absolutely floored! I am excited every time I see my reflection in the mirror! I love my face! Can’t say that I’ve said that for a long time. 10 years off my face she took! I look rested. I look happy. I look younger. Oh yes…. without a shadow of a doubt, I’ll be back - that’s if it’s needed ….. And that my friend, that statement in itself is a huge testament to her artistic ability and skill. Kristen is an amazing provider. She always listens to what your goals are and then helps you to make a plan that will achieve them. She also provides education about the options and why she feels that the plan she has chosen will work. Love seeing her!
