I had my first appointment with Kendall today, she spoke in medical terms which I had to remind her twice, English, please. My appointment was very quick felt rushed. The front desk seemed very bothered by questions or even talking to me, very unfriendly. Turn my appointment being that it was rushed a couple things were recommended. I thought I would get a recap after the appointment on what we discussed, I did not. I called the office back, asked them to send me a recap I felt that I was bothering her for asking for this. She said you’ll have to talk to someone in the back and for me to call back. I asked why can’t you give them the message? ‘OK fine’ what is the response. The clerk appeared to be bothered. Today is Wednesday, I was told I probably wouldn’t receive anything till Friday, how much you wanna bet I get To call back. I’ve seen Dr. Crandall at this office. Thought he was great. I’m going to rethink about going to this office. The sad thing is, I’ve recommended friends to go here, that’s never gonna happen again.
Went for first appointment and everything fine..when called back a nice young man Zane was great but when the doctor came in and I was trying to go over my issues she just acknowledged, no dialogue then tried talking about other issues and she seemed annoyed 🤷♂️ NO PERSONALITY..no questions about my history or concerns.. NOT GOING BACK! I retired from Mercedes Benz so I know what decent service should be! 👋🏼
Had all my lab work done prior to contacting them so I didn't have to go in for one year appointment so I can do a virtual appointment so I can renew my psoriasis prescription because I remember the last time I was there it took me over an hour and a half and their hours conflict with my work schedule refused to accept lab work and was cut off by rude lady named candy. Contacting my insurance to see if I can get a referral to a better dermatologist office with a better customer service.
I have been happy, I have always been treated well. The office staff were great, friendly. EDIT *I had the worst experience, since October, different place, I felt bullied but the PA, because I didn't want chemo injected in me. She already made her mind up, without giving me any say, and when I was leaving I questioned a gal a bill I got, I told her my insurance, and she responded, we don't take that insurance. So I said, so I'm in the wrong place? And she responded YES! I had been going there for how long!
Office is easy to find and lots of parking. Doctor was on time 👍, all concerns were addressed and I never felt rushed. Cannot give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Because the front office staff is very unfriendly. Got the feeling Patients are an inconvenience and we’re treated as such!!😒
