I became a patient at Balance Hormone after switching from another clinic following a move. I was initially worried about how the transition would work and what hurdles I would face maintaining the regiment I was already on. The transition to Balance Hormone was as smooth as I could have hoped for. Not only was I able to maintain my current therapy without missing a dose, but was given new insights on my blood work and different therapies that could be beneficial going forward. Lisa Porter is knowledgeable, personable and a true professional. The on-sight walk in blood draws are convenient and easy. Pricing is fair and affordable. 5 stars all around

I am so grateful for this Clinic. I almost forgot how it feels, to feel normal/human again. Dr. Wright showed so much compassion and truly wanted to help me. She is amazing! The staff is super helpful and kind. Thank you all for being YOU.

I was a fan of balance hormone for a few months. I switched from a very, very high-end hormone clinic in Scottsdale. The prices are reasonable. However, I don't think it's worth it because of the lack of inventory at one or the other office and the lack of customer service I received at both the Gilbert and the Chandler office sealed the deal. Maybe the Scottsdale office is more pleasant to deal with. They were the only ones that seemed accommodating to get my medication to me with the least amount of hassle. I had issues with the medical assistant, refusing to chart the information I was telling her. I had issues with the medication's that were prescribed by the doctor, not being in the chart. And I had issues with the way the technician filled the syringes of medication. There shouldn't be bubbles that fill half the syringe. Maybe I'm asking for too much. The office manager at the Chandler location called to try to work things out. She was very pleasant. However, I just can't run around to different locations, text different locations, get invoices from different locations depending on inventory and keep up and deal with the incompetence of the medical technicians. I am injecting medications into my body. The last thing I want to do is trust a medical technician that really doesn't know what they're doing. Dr. Rago is amazing. Sad to leave this office due to staff.

I didn't know how out of balance I was. I just knew my body was changing and I needed answers to my brain fog. I've been on a treatment plan for a month and I'm already starting to see the light again. Thank you to my physician, she validated my concerns and really listened. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.

I've been struggling with perimenopause and menopause for 2 years. I seen OB's and Endocrinologists who all told me that it's the cost of being a women, and all of your symptoms are normal. They never offered a solution. At Balance Hormone Center, I've never been more seen.
