I recently visited Tara for my first Botox treatment at her place and I couldn’t be more impressed. As a first-time client, I was understandably nervous to switch to a new place, but the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The place is very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They respond to your messages promptly on there Instagram site. My injections were quick and virtually painless. And I absolutely loved the country music that they had playing in the lobby. I Would definitely recommend giving them a try and I will be back!

As a mother of three in my 50s, I attribute my newfound self-confidence and appreciation for my physique to Tara, which has enabled me to feel comfortable in my own skin, particularly when wearing bikinis. Tara at Bella Forme is the best! She did my lipo 360 procedure and made sure I was very comfortable. She was able to remove 5 liters from my abdomen flanks and back with the bodytite turbo which also tightens the skin. At my first post op appointment and lymphatic massage she explained the healing process to me in depth and is very knowledgeable on post op care. She checks in with me to make sure things are healing properly. I’m still swollen as to be expected, but I think we are going to get amazing results! She made sure i was fitted with the correct faja to help with swelling and it made a huge difference. She really takes pride in her work and her craft. Anyone to receive her skills should consider themselves lucky !

Tara is the best! I highly recommend Bella Forme Medical. I went in for Botox and asked about additional treatments and she walked me through everything. She is very thorough, and professional. She really knows her stuff. My Botox was done quickly and near as painless as possible. She has a very light touch. I will definitely be back again for additional treatments and plan on taking advantage of the monthly Botox membership. What a brilliant idea! Finally a practice that just gets me. I feel like my young self again!
