Cynthia is amazing! I got my lips done by her today and had a great experience. Cynthia was kind, personable, and professional. She spent time discussing what I wanted while offering her recommendations. I have had lip filler previously and had issues with symmetry, which Cynthia was able to correct. I love my lips! The office is also very cute and clean, and the ladies at the front desk were great too. I’d highly recommend booking with Cynthia, and I will be a return client.

Had an issue with service that I haven’t had at any other places and tried to call and resolve it with the manager. Called three times. They keep saying she will call but she never does. 2 emails. Going to just write reviews everywhere and file a dispute since the service did not work and I’ve been trying to resolve. Stay away! Based on the service this is a doc in the box and don’t speak to you if you have even a little issue!! Which is concerning in the medical industry! Stay away! 50 units of Botox and half my head still has wrinkles! Crazy.

Horrible service, no return call. I was in the Chandler office Nov 22. I bought a special from Groupon for Juvederm. Alexandria was was very kind, I was aware she was new, but sounded like she knew her stuff. I was interested in filler at my upper lip for vertical lines/wrinkles. She told me the norm is for Botox to take care of the vertical lines. We decided to use both. I told her I did not want fluid running out of my mouth when drinking and she said it would not happen. The next morning my upper lip was extremely swollen. I figured it was normal. Since that time my problems have been many. I called the spa 3 times, got the recording twice and the receptionist answered once. I asked to speak with the manager who was Rory. She said I could make an appt and come in. I live in Payson and did not want to make the drive. I told her I know there is nothing that can be done after Botox except time. She said she would pass the message to Rory and she would call me back "when she had time!" Apparently she has not yet had time. I also emailed them without a response. Results of my treatment: -My speech is garbled or slurred. It takes great effort to speak and am unable to enunciate. My work involves a lot of time on the telephone-it's not working well. -Chewing and swallowing are difficult. I am only able to take very small bites and actually need to concentrate to swallow. Crumbs fall out of my mouth or I spit small pieces of food. -Drinking is very difficult. Fluids run out of my mouth. At times I can drink out of a straw but must position the straw just right and end up sucking up air also. -My coworkers thought I had stroked as the left side of my mouth hardly moves. I know time will fix everything and there is nothing to do at this point. I am appalled that Rory never returned my call. I do not suggest this place to anyone and will certainly never return. Joyce

Every time I see her, she customizes the treatment to what my skin needs that day (recalling my skin history), and pays CLOSE attention to any concerns I share. Cherry on top, her massages are amazing haha I always leave feeling super well taken care of 🥰

I love Beverley’s med spa! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel comfortable when my service is being done. love how they run specials often! Makes it affordable to keep up with the maintenance of Botox and fillers. If you haven’t visited this med spa, you’re missing out!
