I got a facial for the first time ever, and I absolutely loved it. Clarissa did such an amazing job, and explained everything to me step by step , while also allowing me to relax and enjoy myself. It’s now been 3 days and my skin feels amazing! Thank you so much to the front desk as well for being so welcoming. Will definitely rebook soon!

I am an Arizona licensed aesthetician and I was treated with a laser for hyperpigmentation on my face. I had used this company previously without a problem. The aesthetician covered my eyes with very thin tape, and as she proceeded with the laser treatment, I could see every flash of light. When the treatment was over, the bolster under my knees was not removed, and as I wiggled my way off of the spa table, I was extremely dizzy. I staggered to put on my shoes, grab my purse and open the door to stagger more down the hallway. I told them that I was very dizzy, and they gave me apple juice and had me sit in the waiting room for 10 minutes. Later that evening, I had severe positional vertigo caused, from what I believe was called flicker vertigo, from the flashing of the laser. This vertigo persisted for 30 days. I contacted them the day after my treatment and told them what was going on and they said that they would call back and check on me in a couple of days. They never called back. I do not believe that they put enough coverage over my eyelids to prevent this damage. I hadn’t been into them for over a year and they didn’t update any medical information. I told them that if I would have had epilepsy, they would’ve been calling 911 after this treatment. I won’t be back.

Dr. O’Hara has been helping me with my skin for the last 10 years. From injecting Botox and Lip Filler to Laser treatments and Smooth Threads. Dr. O’Hara always listens to my concerns and is extremely knowledgeable in helping me achieve my aesthetic goals.
