It has been a great experience with Luminescence until 6 months back. Things have changed drastically now Few suggestion to the customers who still want to visit them after this review: Pls always ask for written contract - what they say is not what they do. Bunch of lies - They went ahead and charged my card without my authorization and lied to me that they took authorization from my daughter. They went ahead and posted the payments that were not agreed to. My payments were completed in the month of Oct-24. If you want a hassle-free experience, there are bunch of others who are ready to serve. Pls go ahead with them. I feel bad to do this for small local business. God knows how they can go down the drain in just 6 months and gotten them to be so much rude with customers.

Rachel is truly great at what she does.This is my 2nd facial with dermaplaning. She brought back hydration to my skin (looking bright) and no more dark circles. Looking forward to my next appointment with her!
