Ultra Smooth Skin

This is a wonderful med spa! I have been coming for several years to see Lisa Williams who is a Nurse Practitioner, for botox and other facial injectables. Lisa is a master and a perfectionist and really takes the time to fully evaluate my wants and needs. What I love about her is she won't hesitate to let me know when she feels something is not right for me and should not be overdone. I have also received laser services by her staff who have been trained under Lisa's exceptional standard of care and have always had excellent results (ask for Allison!). Thank you, Lisa for keeping me looking great!

I originally bought a Groupon to try out this laser spa and was immediately impressed that they have you meet with an NP (which most places don’t do), so this made me feel more at ease with their laser practices. I love that they schedule even on Saturdays which works best for my schedule and that I have the reassurance of seeing the same person each time I come for my appointment. Brenda is the best laser tech I’ve ever had! She’s so sweet, kind and professional. I’ve been to many laser spas and none of the techs I’ve had were very personable so it made getting treatments like Brazilian super awkward. She’s amazing and the reason I bought one of their monthly deals! Highly recommend!

Brenda at the chandler location is AMAZING!! She is the sweetest and so good! Did my clear & brilliant facial with her and so happy.. can’t wait to go back and see her! I also see Lisa in Scottsdale for my Botox. Ultra smooth skin is the best. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have had all of my Laser Hair Removal and Botox done with Ultra Smooth Skin for about 5 yrs now. Being I have obviously aged from 30 to 35 I decided recently I wanted to do a little more "preventative " Botox than I have in my past. I normally would get my "elevens" done, I am pretty sure that is what they are commonly called, but this time around I did my forehead, elevens, and around the outside of my eyes. Lisa and Alison, who have both treated me in the past and did my most recent Botox, were amazing! They both have always explained their process and thoughts and this time around when I came to them with my request for a little more treatment, we talked it over, discussed what I was expecting, as well as what I should expect, and decided on a treatment plan. No one wants to look "unnatural " and I can honestly say I know that Lisa and Alison specialize in giving the best results without over doing it.

Laura is A#1 with her expertise with injectables. She was very patient with me as a first timer, has an adept hand, and I will definitely schedule with her in the future. Vanessa and Erika always welcoming when I walk into Ultra Smooth.
