The prescriptions they recommended have made a noticeable difference in my acne, and I finally feel like I’m on the right track with my skin. What a refreshing experience! After 9 years at another practice where hours in the waiting room, having to set appointments months out and feeling like there was nothing personal was the norm, Shelly is a diamond in the rough! I called and was seen in days. The front desk was engaging and kind and Shelly was great. She explained what she was doing, took her time and was most importantly, compassionate. This is a practice i will recommend often!

Just a fantastic experience! The sense of care and interest in my health was profound! This actually was my first visit to a dermatologist, and I was concerned with a few "skin issues"! Shelly checked over my entire body looking for abnormalities. It was my good fortune, most of my "skin issues" were simply normal 77-year-old skin coloration issues! She did find one spot she said, "didn't look good". Indeed, it was not good! She got me scheduled to see a surgeon in very quick order! I am now 10 days Post-Op from a Basal-cell carcinoma procedure on my left ear (drivers' side). While my ear looked like Dumbos' ear for a week or so, it is healing quickly and well on its way to looking normal again. I no longer look at my skin spots and wonder if they are dangerous spots - her service has provided me great relief from worry and concern! Get looked over - stop wondering! Besides they are kind and friendly people!
