I'm very impressed with the service I received at this facility. I went in for a MOHS procedure and was treated quickly, with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Johnson was great. His nurses, Niki and Linda were both very sweet and very helpful. All three who were involved in my treatment seemed to really care about my comfort and addressed all of my concerns regarding the procedure. I highly recommend Arizona Dermatology Group if you are looking for a great dermatologist and his staff.

Only one front desk gal, so she got backed up easily which led to the doctors on edge about being 45 minutes behind. Great people, and doctors. The place was very clean and the procedure rooms were spotless.

The ladies in the front office were extremely friendly and very professional. They handled my request quickly and efficiently. The entire staff was very kind and considerate.

My first impression of the Physicians Assistant, Ha Le Pham, was not good. 1. He came in slouched in the chair, greeted me very casually and had a cockiness and arrogance attitude right when we started. 2. Looked at my back and diagnosed my red square patches as square rashes. I disagreed and said they’re from the chair I was sitting in at the lobby. 3. He told me several times he can’t diagnose me because my issues are three months old. I told him this is the earliest I could get in, but if you let tell you what it looked like maybe that’ll give you an idea. Again, “I can’t diagnose you”…although he ended giving me a prescription based on a diagnosis. 4. He barely looked at my skin and didn’t even do a skin cancer check or verify if I’ve had skin cancer. 5. He mentioned to the assistant “If he wants a second opinion because he’s confused about the diagnosis, he can come back tomorrow.” I told him I waited three months for this appointment and drove an hour from Flagstaff and took a day off of work, for a “I can’t diagnose you”. Everyone else was superb. This “dude”…not so much.

I recently relocated to Camp Verde from Flagstaff and needed to find a local Dermatologist. This office has proven to be an excellent choice for a new Dermatologist for me here in the Verde Valley. Emily in the Cottonwood office is very professional and I am glad I went to see her!
