Flagstaff Face & Body

I love flagstaff face and body!! Nicole in the front is so responsive and kind and works with my schedule to get me in. I have seen injectors Angie and Sara and both have been so sweet and knowledgable. I feel right at home. Love this place!!

Angie is absolutely amazing! She is very kind and makes you feel so comfortable. She definitely does not try to upsell you. If something is not needed, she will let you know. The front staff is so welcoming and friendly. I was very nervous at first but that went away after my first appointment. Highly recommend Face and Body!! :)

Amazing staff, for sure. Super accommodating and caring. I had a pleasant experience each time I had to talk to them about appointments or questions about services. Had a lip flip done by Lisa back in April and it was a very fast and easy experience.

Most of the staff and services are lovely, however, this review isn't about them.. I have talked to other customers about Eliana. She seems to purposefully upsell without letting the customer know until it's time to pay--says "oh we can to this for you too" without stating the added fees. This has happened to me twice and other friends of mine. Unfortunately for the sweet owner, Leona, you've lost customers.. No one likes to feel pressured and charged extra. Please get consent from your customers before charging them extra fees and making them feel so uncomfortable they don't return.

I typically don’t take the time to write reviews but the experience I had at this salon/spa was amazing. It was my first time getting any type of facial and my aesthetician Kelly was phenomenal. She gave me a brief consultation before my treatment and then gave me a luxurious facial. She was very kind and informative, letting me know if anything would be cold, hot, uncomfortable etc. She was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me recommendations for skin products but also some lifestyle changes I could implement to help with my acne breakouts. I will absolutely be returning for other treatments.
