Everyone has been great and easy to work with. Patricia, who handles prescription refills, has always tried her best to find the best solution for me and I really appreciate that.

Incredibly disappointed. Stage 4b melanoma survivor, asked for a full body check, got a cursory look over at best. Never checked legs, feet, scalp, hands, etc. The lady who checked me in stated she would bring me a release form for my records from MD Anderson; never saw her again. Will not be back and will deter anyone who asks. Shame on you all.

Very happy with Dr Jason Miller, and great to be able to see the same doctor for an annual checkup, which is rare in my experience in Flagstaff. Office is run efficiently.

They are the only game in town and it shows. I trave a bunch for work, usually at short notice, and I'm in the sun constantly for weeks at a time. This place needs to hire more dermatologists. They are doing a sub standard job of serving their patients. To get seen you have to make an appointment 4-6 months in advance. If I have a cancerous mole will it wait the 4-6 months to spread? After spending months rescheduling because I kept having to go into the field I finally got seen by one of their doctors at a health fair and there were a few moles that needed to be checked out. Finally, I was able to get in and they were able to rush biopsies because I was about to leave town again. Each time I had to reschedule I was told I'd be contacted if a space opened up. Never was contacted but after calling I was able to find a space that had opened up. I've had doctors here come in and leave the room in a whirlwind, flustered and frusterated. They get upset if I ask too many questions or with the questions I'm asking. These are all things that have happened over several years of going here. Though reviews here are mostly good, their reputation around town is pretty bad. Northern Arizona Dermatology - "Where there's no patients, only customers."

I dont recommend it waited long after my appointment to be seen only to have the provider come in and out of the room less than a 5 minute appointment and gave me an expensive medication as my only option
