The best service I’ve gotten in the valley this far ! The front desk ladies Alyssa and autum was amazing.. then Ms Heidi made me Feel comfortable.. and Dr Craig went above and beyond to make. Me feel comfortable and provide excellent service .. thanks amazing team
I am amazed by the attention and care I received. Absolutely amazed. I had an insanely itchy rash explode on my feet. I will spate the details but it was life interrupting. After receiving the referral from my doctor I called expecting to wait weeks for a new patient appointment… instead… they fit me in the day I called!! When I arrived everyone was pleasant, friendly and quick with here is what to do and expect during my appointment. Feeling a bit awkward (I hate my feet) sitting in a room with no shoes or socks and a paper top… I had itching on my back but couldn’t see it well enough to know if it was the same… I didn’t wait but a moment. THE MOST AMAZING PART… the doc walked in introduced himself while shaking my hand - and in that amount of time he diagnosed my rash as a rare skin condition ….. that I had forgotten I had before more than 20 years ago. The visit was punctual, the office team was friendly and the care team competent. I absolutely recommend this location and Dr. Craig!! Thank you!!
Asked for masks because I saw the front desk girl was wearing a mask on her chin. So I thought oh I want to be honest and comply and ask for some because we are getting over a cold. We never got the masks. The front desk girl got paranoid, put her mask up over her mouth and explained that they cannot afford to get sick because half of their staff is at home sick, goes to the back and asks if they can see us. We were rejected for treatment because my daughter was getting over a cold. totally get it..i don't want them to be sick or to get sick either, we all hate getting sick...yet the front desk girl announces she has STREP THROAT..BUT earlier her mask was down on her chin when checking my family in. What a hypocrite. Seems like she believes she can interact with patients with her mask down but cannot see patients who are actually willing to wear a mask over their mouth. how deceitful and dishonest of her. If you don't want sick patients to be in your office, then you shouldn't be in there either interacting with patients and possibly making your staff sick too. But if your masks and hand sanitizer work for you, why wouldn't it work for us? What makes you think you have less chances of spreading your germs, especially when your staff is with you all day? Make it make sense. When we came back to get our refund, she had her mask on her chin again talking to patients face to face but when she saw us she quickly put her mask on like we were the only ones who were sick. Shame on you for shaming us. So I angrily made her aware of what she just did and how she's compromising patients' health. All she said was ok thank you. Not even a sorry. The level of ignorance. If half of your staff is at home sick, and your front office person has strep throat, why don't you just close the office until everyone is well, instead of making patients feel bad about you being short staffed. Showing off that you used hand sanitizer etc like that is going to make my family feel better about your strep throat. Patients don't want to get sick from your staff either. It goes both ways. Obviously if you have doubts about the mask, don't show up to work if you're sick. Seems like the only concern she had was the staff's health only but not the patients. Trust me I'm all for rescheduling and keeping people from getting sick..but rethink about how you guys do business, how you treat patients, and pls explain the logic of what just happened. Your staff sees all kinds of patients. That's the nature of their job. Not all people are honest enough to tell their health condition, that's how people get sick. You can also send emails and have signs everywhere that you will not be seeing patients with certain symptoms so everyone gets the memo and so you're not shaming patients on the spot. In this case, you did your patients a disservice, compromising our health. It's deceitful.
Everyone at Frontier Dermatology from the front desk to the medical assistants are wonderful, caring and professional. I love Alexis! She listens and cares about how you feel. Her knowledge and compassion are a great combination for the best treatment and outcome possible. Thank you all for providing excellent care!
Have gone to your place due to high recommendations and have sent two co-workers as well to your location. However, your receptionist Autumn needs to have better front desk skills, especially when she's representing your company.. I was unable to get ahold Of someone and she stated that was funny because there's 4 of them there. like she was calling me a liar.! However, she told me there's a 3 strike policy and because I was unable to get ahold of anyone I have one strike now, when I told her I didn't think that was fair.( Especially since my last appointment was never canceled by them, and I showed up just to find out that there's no one there to see me.) She said that's the way it is!! I said I would go elsewhere and she said okay thats fine. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she was very negative from the time she answered the phone like she was being interrupted. Autumn was the bad apple on the tree today. You Come with very high recommendations, I never would have expected this. But like I said , maybe she was having a bad day , it just made a bad impression. Thank you for your Time. "UPDATE" The better question here is, do they offer the same three strikes about their services when they schedule an appointment and have no one there to see the client?? The clients are the Only one's Penalized and held accountable for not arriving at the appointment.... However, the Dr. not being there is o k and acceptable.. 🤔 And for me to drive all the way out there To find out no one called me to let me know no one's there.. That is just Wrong. WOW 👌 👏 Also OWNER stated he reviewed calls coming in and there were none from me 🤔 Does he know what number I called from? He must be psychic 😆 all the way around, Stay Away. 👍🏻
