.I met with Ms. Kaylee Newsome. She truly listened to my concerns and actually performed a couple of minor procedures. This is something I never expected, but was very grateful for her help. She checked me overall for any type of abnormal skin formation and she found none. I was only expecting a verbal opinion, but instead, she was thorough, caring and really heard what I said. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained things to me in a manner so I could understand clearly. There were other employees who were really wonderful as well inside the examination room with me. I was simply blown away from this visit because overall, this office was professional, pleasant and friendly. All those employees deserve positive recognition!!!

Saw Dr Mullens for the first time today. I felt seen and heard for the first time in years. He was the 6th dermatologist I’ve seen and he was so awesome!! He was kind, listened, funny and so caring. His bedside manner was amazing!!! Exactly what I was looking for and needed especially after suffering for so long. He didn’t toss me “another cream” like all the other docs did. What a fantastic person. For the first time in over 3 years, I feel hopeful that I don’t have to keep dealing with this skin issue for another 3 years. The office staff is exceptional! They are all so nice and friendly. Thanks Dr Mullens and staff! 🥰

I came here to have a lump looked at & removed. I loved my experience at Affiliated Dermatology. The people working the front & back office were wonderful. The PA who handled my appointment was kind and spent time educating me on my condition. The only thing I didn't like was this practices app. To install the app (Appatient) you need a link from "practicemailer". Receiving the link for the app and for the practice mailer both look like spam/phishing. Then installing the app is difficult because the link will expire. This practice also utilizes Klara (an AI based program). I wish the practice could consolidate all of this into one app for easier communication. My PCP for example uses MyChart for everything. I don't need both an app and an AI based program to communicate with my PCP. It feels more secure & is easy. That's my one criticism though. I would still recommend this place to anyone Edit 10/08: I have changed my review to a one star. This office is disorganized and a pain to reach by phone. I received a bill via Klara for $115 and a bill in the mail for $162. The staff on the phone could barely be heard. It was like I was on speaker phone. She must have a cheap headset. I would go to a better organized practice the next time I need to see a dermatologist. They can't send out their bills correctly and they haven't even provided me my results from my pathology exam.

Carolyn has helped my skin look and feel so much better! When I began having Dermaplane treatments, my skin was so sensitive and dull looking. Now my skin seems less irritable and it looks softer, more smooth , and brighter. I love going for my Dermaplane appointments!

I was just seen by Kelsey Madden, NP-C and she was very sweet, caring and listened to my concerns. Kelsey answered all my question's in regards to next steps in treatment for psoriasis and biopsy for it. Very thankful to get moving in the correct direction. The front office staff were also very sweet and welcoming.
