Office staff and nurses were amazing. Great customer service, and treatment. I was not 100% satisfied with my skin exam. I felt like very rushed, did not check my head, or most areas. Checked quickly the very visible areas. I will likely schedule another appointment for my skin cancer check elsewhere. I am not a fan of negative reviews and I am sure they are sufficient, I just don’t feel confident about the exam I received.

Convenient location and parking. The practice has you pre-register online prior to your appointment. This makes check-in simple. The office staff is helpful. Dr. English and his assistant were respectful and professional. I appreciate English Dermatology.

The staff was very nice but after a long wait Dr. finally came in took about 5 minutes to look over mine and husbands skin (we did joint appointment) which has no benefit by the way. my husband had a small lump on the back of his head that has been there for years. he asked if there was anything that could be done. Dr said sure, used his freeze tool and sent me a bill for $459.00. I tried to dispute the charge and was told that's just what we charge and every doctor can charge what they want. I had a mole removed with the same procedure at the same office by different doctor and was charged less than $200.00. Very disappointing

I have been going. Here for years but Dr English did a wonderful job after Jenny Chen didn’t quite handle my case with the correct medication but I am hopeful I’m finally on the correct path! I loved the Ahwatukee location I will probably drive further to go here. Dr English was super quick and I’m hopeful I have what I need to get better soon.Still 5 stars they are all very kind!!! Dr Chen is thorough & knowledgeable. She explained things in detail & answered all my questions. Tammy & FO staff were pleasant. Only issue was being cold with only paper gown while waiting for physician. I'm not elderly so can't imagine how elderly tolerate that.
