Lilly is literally amazing. She makes my lashes beautiful every single time! Love coming in knowing I will be getting all kinds of compliments on them the next day. Definitely recommend this location and Miss Lilly.

I let the lash tech, Deziraye know that this was my first time getting my lashes done and I thought she would explain aftercare at the end of the appointment and she didn’t. She just gave me paper with vague instructions. Didn’t ask if I had any questions, just wanted to take payment and send me on my way. Upon reading the paper I had to ask her how and what do I clean my lashes with and she said with lash shampoo but did not want to check me out again for the shampoo. (Shouldn’t this have been suggested before checking me out?) I booked an eyebrow wax appointment as well for the same day and the lash tech and eyebrow tech were bickering in front of me about how to check me out and it was super uncomfortable and the lash tech made me feel like an inconvenience because I had another appointment and needed the shampoo. I put a $10 deposit down for the eyebrow appointment but was charged $20 at checkout… I thought maybe I had confused the prices but I checked online again and the brow wax should’ve been $10 since I already paid $10 when booking. So I was made to feel like an inconvenience and overcharged $10. I will not be back.

Lily is amazing 🤩 I seriously could not go to another lash expert. Every time I go to her she is very professional and exceptional! My lashes always look amazing and she does a great job!!!

I’ve been going to Bella for a little over a year, and followed her from the Tempe location to the Gilbert location. She does exactly what I want, and kicks butt at making mega volumes…MEGA! She is precise and my retention is good I’d say! If you love full lashes Bella is your girl
