I’ve been a long time client here and this will be my last “visit”. My previous appointment I was booked for 15 minutes for tattoo removal and the technician worked on a tiny spot for about 3 minutes and then declared that she was done. I asked about the remaining time and she said that includes setup? Seriously? Today I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and then waited an additional 15 minutes. No one showed up. No call to say they’d be late, nothing. I called the business number and of course received a recording. I left a message indicating what had taken place. Again no return call. I won’t be back.

The office was very nice and very well kept. Both Elizabeth and Kim were very nice, helpful and informative. Elizabeth was who did my tattoo removal and she explained everything in great detail and made sure I understood exactly how the procedure would go and what to expect in the healing process. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends for not only tattoo removal but the other treatments they offer. Also in regards to expense their prices are very fair.
