Dr Gulinson & his knowledge has been a blessing for my health & quality of life - menopause isn’t an issue for me anymore. He was so incredibly understanding patient & comforting when I spoke to him about the symptoms I was having & after a simple blood test he balanced out my hormones with Biote & within 2 weeks of treatment I felt like a new woman. Because of this I know refer to him as the “MAGIC MAN”

This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I have to say it was amazing the establishment is a lovely place very clean . I had my treatments with Blake Tainter she is awesome and very patient. She made me feel very comfortable. I will be scheduling for other treatments soon . Thank you so much !

I have had my first Bio identical therapy implants, just about time for ther second treatment implants. I have Notice some improvement much better sleep quality, I do like that it's a more natural therapy estrogen transternal patches, To which I have had an allergic reaction. Doctor Gullinson has done a fabulous job thank you.

My wife Amber, now referred to as “I”, went into this establishment less than two weeks ago and got my first lip filler with juvederm and had a horrible experience. Angelica, whom was my injector, had charged $700.00 to do a full set of lips, to make them look fuller. One side of the lip was more swollen than should be normal. Once all the swelling and bruising went away, my lips did not look any different, the only thing that I have left are some big lumps and bumps across my top lip, and come to find out that she did not even touch my bottom lip. I recommend nobody come to this establishment to get worked on by Angelica. I now have to go to another establishment, get these injections dissolved, to start from scratch again. When I reached out personally to Angelica about how I was unhappy, she told me to come back in and that she would look at them. I was under the assumption that since the error was done by a professional that she would take care of the mistake. Come to find out that when I went back to her, she said she would have to charge full price to dissolve. At the next location I went to, the injector there, upon inspection of my lips as they are currently said that they are some of the worst work he has ever seen. I’d give this place less than a one star review, and I would not ever spend another dime here again. I’m so unhappy with the service, as this was my first experience. I don’t know about any of the other workers here but as for Angelica, it was the worst experience ever. I’m now out $700 and Angelica wants nothing to do with assisting in fixing this atrocious mistake. I recommend anybody who reads this to consider going elsewhere.
