I recently visited Urban Aesthetics for a Cool Peel Skin Resurfacing treatment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming, making me feel relaxed and at ease. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process in detail, ensuring I understood what to expect. The Cool Peel treatment itself was quick and a lot less painful than what I expected. My aesthetician Sarah was sweet and made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after the treatment. She was open and honest about the best treatment plan for my skin concerns and took the time to explain them all to me in detail which I am very grateful for. My skin feels rejuvenated and looks fresh, with a noticeable improvement in texture and tone. I highly recommend Urban Aesthetics to anyone looking to improve their skin’s appearance. The service, expertise, and results exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return for future treatments!

Rosa is amazing! She truly takes the time to explain things, go over medical history, ask what you are looking for, and she never pushes it. I had my first appointment, and barely had any swelling - a couple hours max! My second appt went even more smoothly. I will add a pic that is 1hr post injection, and one 24hrs post injection in my lips from my second appt, and you can see there is no swelling and very minimal marks. She has you come back in 2 weeks from initial appt to check shape, volume, and make sure you are happy with your results. I will absolutely be a customer for life! I can’t wait to try more services they offer. Even the customer service with Jordyn at the face of the office is awesome. She is caring, and will text to make sure everything is going well. It’s refreshing to have an office that truly cares about their clients.

Had my first appointment today with Urban Aesthetics. Among arrival I was immediately warmly greeted by Jordyn at the front desk. I had a great service done by Sarah the CLT. First time ever getting laser hair removal and it was quick and pretty much painless. I also saw Rosa who gave me Dysport to help with my Chronic migraines. Out of all the injectors I’ve ever been treated by she has the lightest hand and I hardly felt a thing! Thank you to everyone at Urban!

Rosa is an excellent injector. she listens to you and really knows her products which combine for excellent natural looking results that are not overdone. highly recommended!
