I think it was Cynthia Hill. And she was courteous, very thorough, and explained everything to me. She ended with, "It was good to see you." She had a big smile on her face and was sincere. She offered to write things down for me which helps a lot. I enjoyed my visit. The office seems to have changed and by that I mean the people. The staff seems friendlier and caring !!! I was very happy to be there.

I'm a new patient, first visit. I'm very happy with the care I received. Making an appointment was easy and the communication regarding my visit was very thorough. Aileen Robitaille examined me, explained what was needed, performed the procedure. Couldn't be any better care. Everyone was professional and caring. I know I'll be going back for more procedures.

Easy to get an appointment. First time I've been to a Dermatology office and not been disciplined related to my skin care. Saw a Nurse Practitioner, he was extremely thorough, easily identified my issue and provided treatment, and follow up with possible future treatments if need be. Very positive experience.

Excellent patient care. Starting with the appt over the phone..everyone was very professional and very efficient. The NP was very knowledgeable and kind. I've been dealing with an issue for years and it's the 1st time, after many appts elsewhere that I'm actually going to get it taken care of. Highly recommend.
