Incredible staff, caring and very professional!! I have been seen and had procedures for skin cancer since October 2024. Every appt. has been confirmed via phone call, every test result notification received and all questions answered! ERYN L. and LUKE have a great attitude, extremely friendly and helpful. Thomas Dermatology is lucky to have so many outstanding staff 🤗 Thank you for caring for me with such grace!

I came in to have a couple moles/warts check/removed, and I was pleased to experience help swiftly and with such professionalism. Jenna and Eryn quickly identified the "skin tags" and got them frozen, and they got me in and out in such a timely manner. It was practically painless too! Awesome job by these two at Thomas Dermatology! Highly recommend this place!

Seems like a nice office but my appointments always feel rushed, I would appreciate if they would take a few extra minutes to slow down and be more thorough. My first appointment was in a office that had blood on the wall, they need to do better.

Set me up an appointment I get there and then they tell me they can't see me because of other things which they should have mentioned on the phone before I even arrived. highly unprofessional.

The providers themselves are fine and I really liked Erin, but the way things have been run at this office are frustrating. This isn’t my first issue with them, but I didn’t want to complain. Several times I have left messages for someone to return my call and never have my calls returned. I kept calling and calling and finally was able to make an appointment over the phone for June, and the woman never even asked my name. I had asked her if they could specifically do something and she said she didn’t know but she got my appointment down, and she would call me with the answer to my question. She said she had my phone number and reiterated that she had me down. I told her I had made an appointment on my own, online. She instructed me to cancel my appointment I had made because they didn’t do that procedure at the time slot I chose. I cancelled the appointment; I read the date and time for the appointment I was canceling it was for an appointment in May, I even wrote a description as to why I was canceling being that she made another appointment for me at a later date in June. When you receive appointment confirmations through text they tell you to click a link and the link takes you to a calendar. To cancel the appointment you use the same link, I canceled through the link for my May appointment. The link confirms I canceled the May appointment. Anyway, I show up at the later appointment she scheduled (June) for me and tells me I canceled the appointment online. I did not, I don’t even have a link for that appointment slot to do that. I never received confirmation of this appointment via text. I’m then told I’d have to reschedule for an even later date (July). I’m not wasting anymore time with these people. I went ahead and scheduled an earlier appointment with Kingman dermatology and skin cancer. Ridiculous. I’m sure she never scheduled me because I never received a confirmation link and I should have thought about that when I never received the text to confirm my appointment. When you’re taking time off work to get to your appointments being jerked around isn’t what you want, go somewhere else if you value your time.
