Incredibly inefficient scheduling process that was a waste of time. I'm only here for a month and they would not tell me what times were available or schedule me until after I had filled out their paperwork which I ultimately had to do in their office. Now I have to go back to the VA to find a place that doesn't have an appointment that's almost 4 months out.

I didn’t like feeling like a dollar sign or when they did surgery to remove cancer. They make two appointments to do the surgery one to remove it and one to close it up. It’s all about the money there!

Tammy is absolutely the best she’s knowledgeable. She cares and she has the best smile and laugh of any doctor in town.

Made an aesthetics appointment with Katie and was rescheduled once. I received a call for the reschedule and called back an hour later to confirm the new date and date. Get to the office on the new appointment date and told that “I called and canceled, not confirmed” the appointment and that Katie isn’t taking new patients anyway. Why would you let me make the appointment in the first place if she isn’t taking new patients PLUS call to reschedule??? I’ll NEVER be back, not even a sorry from either girl working the window, very poor customer service.

Great experience Tammy Smith & staff is friendly, & very informative. I hadn't been there in 4 yrs, but both times were great. My husband goes to her, she is very detailed. Great job!!!!
