Absolutely love this spa! I can not say enough good things. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and the staff is so accommodating I was visiting my cousins from out of town and we decided to do a spa day. Since it was my first time getting Botox I was quite nervous but Dr Natalie knew exactly what to do and gave great recommendations; I can't wait to see the results! She also did some adjustments on my neck and back which relieved a lot of pain I was experiencing. I got a diamond glow facial and Bri did such a good job. My skin was left glowing. I also love the fact I can do some shopping at the boutique. It is the perfect one stop shop and I can not wait to come back!

Me and my daughter have been coming here since January of this year. Our aesthetician Brieana is amazing she is friendly and always know what the right thing for our skin is. The office is clean and the staff is super friendly. Plus new chair is just so comfortable

Dr. Natalie is fantastic!!! Not only is she fun and welcoming but she is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She took time to explain everything in detail, put me at ease and helped me determine what services would benefit me the most. I am very happy with the outcome and how natural the results look!!

I came to this location to get cupping done for back pain. The first visit went very well. The second visit she put the cups on and left me in the room by myself and I started getting nervous about her coming back. The third visit she was about 20 late to my appointment which I understand can happen sometimes. She put the cups on and again left me alone in the room. It was hard to tell how long I was lying there but it was more than 10 minutes. I am not going back there because my health and wellbeing is important enough for someone to spend 10 minutes my room making sure I was okay. If you decide to go to this business or any business please insist they stay in the room with you. This is what cupping looks like when it’s been it stays on too long.

I have been going to Dr. Natalie for many years (specifically for botox, fillers, weight loss treatments, and an occasional shopping spree - they seriously have EVERYTHING at Desert Reign Med Spa)! She is hands down one of the most talented and unique individuals you will ever meet. Her bedside manners is professional with a side of best friend borrowed! I always trust she’ll provide me with the best recommendations for any service I need. Her work is so natural, she has you convinced that maybe you were “born with it” lol!
