I went in for a consultation for laser tattoo removal. After filling out my paper work, they called me by my wrong name. Didn’t apologize after I corrected her , just immediately started walking back to the consult room. The girl did not ask me about how I was doing, didn’t make any small talk, just had me sit in the chair, and without asking assumed my eyebrows were tattooed and asked if that’s what I wanted to have removed ? The consultation lasted not even 5 minutes, before I was out of there . Would not recommend.

I had a Hollywood Glow Facial (Carbon Peel) in November 2023, and it was a complete waste of money. While the staff was very friendly, the overall experience was lackluster. I even left with some carbon still on my face. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any improvement or "glow" afterward. If you're looking to pamper yourself and treat your skin, I would not recommend the Hollywood Glow Facial!

Yesterday I got my facial at this Mesa location and I had an Amazing Experience!! Yoanna my Aesthetician was really sweet and professional! I will definitely will be going back, I highly recommend this place!! Ask for Yoanna❤️ She is the Best!!

I came in for a carbon peel. There was some issues at first with the schedule being screwy. But they saw the messages I had back and forth and I got right in. The tech Gina who worked on ne was wonderful. She was kind and gentle and really sweet! She even gave up her lunch hour to get me in. I'm so greatful to her for that. I was nervous at first and unsure of this place. But they now have a long term customer in me. If you are debating to come in 10/10 recommend that you give this place a try for your beauty needs.
