Summit View Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center - Mesa

I would of been a potential client but the person taking the call was straight up rude when I asked if my referral has been received. Once I found out they did not take my insurance I asked about self pay. She let me know I couldn't do that in a legitimately annoyed tone. When I politely asked why she proceeded to sound this way. This resulted in her hanging up on me before I could say "Thanks so much for letting me know". I do not know what her problem was, either she was bothered by the fact that I tried to find solutions for my health or she treats people with my type of insurance poorly, because it was medicaid and often in the medical field workers and providers have a hard time with that type of insurance. This staff needs to do better I felt very unwelcomed. I change my insurance in two months and it is a shame I won't be giving this place a chance. The receptionist are the face of the company after all, tell them to do better.

I found this Dr office by googling dermatologists. I read reviews and decided this is where I wanted to go. I am so grateful that was my decision. All of the people I spoke to from the front desk to the exam room were so nice. I was a bit nervous going to begin with and they immediately made me feel at ease. I really enjoyed my visit. Went right in and right out, satisfied with my overall visit❤️

Today was my first visit. The waiting room was very nice and very clean. I was immediately greeted by the front desk ladies. I didn’t wait long and was taken to an exam room by Paige. She was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. I then met Dr Lehrer and he was very comforting, and explained everything that would happen during my biopsy in detail, and he answered all my questions. I am so very glad my Primary Care doctor referred me to Summit View Dermatology. I highly recommend Dr Lehrer and his fabulous team of professionals!

Dr. Wyma is amazing! She is thorough, professional and down to earth. I never felt rushed, as she took the time to explain and prescribe what was needed for my skin issues. I trust her fully and know I'm in good hands. Staff is friendly, facility is very clean; always on time. This is the only place I will ever go for dermatology.

Hubby and I both went to Dr. Lehrer yesterday for our first visit with him. He did a very thorough review of these old bodies and answered all of our questions and gave suggestions to keep our skin in good shape! He was very thorough, personal and patient! His staff was knowledgeable and very pleasant and helpful, we were impressed and thankful,
