Phoebe and Andrea were both stellar. Outstanding communicators and listeners. The front desk process could have been smoother and faster. I understand that the reception staff is new. So, that plays into this. But, it would be better to be able to complete new patient paperwork at home in advance of the visit. This would expedite the process, particularly when there are many new patients immediately following an event such as the Saddlebrook Health Fair that probably generated new patients.

I saw PA Andrea Steele and she was wonderful and covered every issue I had, and more than I knew was possible in fixing my skin problems. The front desk was wonderful as well and the receptionist Lindsey was warm & fun even when I scheduled the appt. The whole office is warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable. The nicest dr office I've ever been to.

The entire staff is wonderful and supports remarkable clinicians. It is very easy to communicate with the staff for follow up questions we forget to ask at the visit. No waiting for call backs. Thank you Amy for your professional evaluation. Thank you Devon and Kelly for assisting. Thank you Lindsay and the front desk for wonderful smiles and good humor.

I came here on a recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to schedule a new patient appointment online. The check-in process was smooth. The assistant and provider were very friendly and explained every step well so I knew what to expect. Even though it was a quick appointment, they were thorough and gave time to ask questions. I will definitely be directing others to this practice.

This office is awesome! My son and I have had a great experience each time we've been there. Staff is very helpful and friendly and Dr Goedken is is great. Always on time and I've never sat in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. If you're looking for a dermatologist, stop looking and make an appointment here.
