Paradise Valley Cosmetic Surgery Center

I was transported here for overnight recovery after cosmetic surgery this month. All of the staff members were incredibly sweet, kind, and caring, especially my overnight nurse. I was informed of some upsetting family news that night, and my nurse stayed by my side while I cried through it and she calmed me down. I wish I remembered everyone's names, especially hers. As a nurse, it's incredibly difficult to be on the other side, and I was so appreciative of every person I encountered there. Thank you all for making it as comfortable as possible for me.

I recently had surgery here with a one night recovery. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience from start to finish. Compassionate nurses and comfortable surroundings. I didn’t want to leave!

Today I had surgery at this surgery center. This is my second surgery here. I just want to send my heartfelt THANK YOU!! Everyone was so sweet, soft spoken, happy, kind and treated me so special and with excellent care and love. I wasn't scared or nervous, like I normally am in medical settings. From start to finish, everything was warm, comfortable, explained to me and my questions answered and everyone called me "sweetheart or honey" and made me feel special. I am just very grateful for all of you there. This surgery was to fix a bad and broken implant, I didn't want to have to have the surgery, but I'm so glad I got to have it at PV surgery center. Also, the decor is so lovely and feels fancy. Definitely a 5-star feel. Thank you again everyone! Sincerely Janae H

I spent a night recovery here after a plastic surgery procedure at a different surgery center. I arrived in excruciating pain after a traumatic transport ride. My catheter felt like Barbwire is inside of me, and I had a full-blown panic attack as I arrived. Tara proceeded to grab my arm push on my shoulder, and yell at me to calm down when it was very obvious I was having a meltdown and could not control myself . I profusely apologize to her later, but not after being admonished by her twice so that I ended up trying to make her feel better. Betty, who is also present, was absolutely wonderful, and was trying to help me get a grip instead of yelling at me and calling the doctor to tell on me. I am a pharmacist and I regularly get yelled or cursed at by people who are very sick coming from an emergency room either from multiple infections or in a lot of pain. I do not personalize it, and I take it upon myself to help relax them I would never yell or demand an apology from any of them . I do want to thank Victoria, Dawn, and Betty for their absolute professionalism and compassion and understanding. I was told from various nurses that people coming from that transport experience exactly what I was experiencing all the time, so I was far from being a total unicorn. So thank you again to the wonderful nursing staff, but I feel that Tara made it all about herself, and maybe should not handle people coming in off the transport.

I just left this facility last week and I have to say the nurses there are angels. It was like having my own mother there to care for me that’s how much care and attention I was given. Dawn, Debbie, Crystal and the others forgive me for forgetting your names, I was pretty medicated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the top notch care you showed me.
