I’ve thought a very long time about leaving this review, and I hate that I feel I should. Dr. Sigalove did my breast augmentation several years ago. I was in my mid 30’s (I am now 40). He was amazing from the consultation to after my surgery and my post OP’s. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and concerns. My situation was a little difficult as I had implants from years before that were not done correctly. However, he was confident he could fix me right up do an “internal bra” to hold my girls in place. And I also asked him to shape the areolas and make them smaller which he said he’d do. This surgery costed over $20,000.00. He told me I wouldn’t have to have another procedure until I was 80 years old. Fast forward to a little over a year later, I had one implant flip over. I went in to have him take a look. He basically said yep that’s unfortunate but it is what it is and it happens. He also said since it’s over the one year mark he would not correct it for free. I was a little shocked because being just over a year and the amount I paid I thought it was crazy that he wanted me to pay more. But he said he’d get me a price for the corrective surgery, (which they never did send me a cost). Now here we are another 2 years later and they are saggy, floppy and constantly flip over which is painful and annoying. And the areolas are still pretty much the same size just misshapen now. I feel taken advantage of and very disappointed with my results. I hope I’m just one unfortunate client and this doesn’t happen to a lot of people. Looks like I’ll have to have another surgery well before I’m 80.😂

Recently, Dr. Sigalove completed a change out of my Lovely and Beautiful Wife's old breast implants which had been placed years before I met her. My wife's case was complicated and multiple plastic surgeons had declined the case and referred to Dr. Sigalove. My wife asked me to go with her to her pre-op appointments with Dr. Sigalove. While not wanting to interfere with the professional relationship between my wife and Dr. Sigalove, I did want to be there if my wife so desired. I observed first hand Dr. Sigalove spend a lot of time and show a lot of sincere interest in evaluating my wife's current breast implant situation. He spent a lot of time developing excellent and precise communication about both what result she was hoping for and what was realistically accomplishable. Dr. Sigalove was very patient and compassionate with my wife's extensive concerns and questions. He at length reviewed the type of implant he felt was best for her. On the day of surgery, Dr. Sigalove explained what was about to happen and after surgery, Dr. Sigalove called me to give status update. Today, I observed Dr. Sigalove in the first post-op visit at his office go over everything my wife needs to know for post-op care. He discussed in detail her actual surgery which was more complex than an initial breast augmentation or a regular breast implant change out. My wife describes her outcome as a "Dream Come True" and has been borderline euphoric about her result. My wife's surgical outcome is everything that she had hoped for and dreamed about as she envisioned her surgery and Life moving forward. I am sure that Dr. Sigalove hears this all of the time, but her surgery was "Life Changing". I do not know Dr. Sigalove personally or socially. I only know Dr. Sigalove from professional observation and also from two Instagram posts that he made that my wife showed to me. Based on my observations, I would describe Dr. Sigalove as an advanced and elite highly trained plastic surgeon. I also have the impression that Dr. Sigalove deeply enjoys what he does professionally. Dr. Sigalove, additionally, is highly approachable in the office setting. I have the distinct impression that Dr. Sigalove deeply cares about his patient's outcomes. I also have the impression that Dr. Sigalove has undergone extensive, decades long training to develop the expertise necessary to deliver the outstanding results that he regularly delivers. I may be wrong, as I do not know Dr. Sigalove well, but I also have the impression that Dr. Sigalove deeply enjoys and values Life Experiences. I think he enjoys surgery and professional clinic and delivering Life Experiences for his patients. From what little I know of Dr. Sigalove personally, I gather from his Instagram posts that Dr. Sigalove values and enjoys his own personal in-the-moment life experiences as well. In short, my impression of Dr. Sigalove is that he is an elite, highly well trained, competent, compassionate and approachable Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who deeply enjoys what he does and who routinely delivers outstanding Life Changing Results to his patients. From our standpoint, this outcome and getting the prior implants out and the new implants in, along with some other clinically indicated "repair work" done, was easy and streamlined, and it was easy for us because Dr. Sigalove and his office staff and the surgical staff did all of the "heavy lifting". For purposes of full disclosure, I will also humbly submit that I also am a board certified physician in a different field and perhaps this gives some legitimacy to this review. To sum it all up, my Lovely and Beautiful Wife was fortunate, thanks to Dr. Sigalove and his team, to enjoy an outstanding "Dream Come True" surgical outcome and I myself hold a deep and sincere sense of respect, admiration, and appreciation for what Dr. Sigalove surgically delivered for my Lovely and Beautiful Wife as well as for his other patients. If you are considering plastic surgery, please Rest Assured that Dr. Sigalove is the Real Deal.

I had an incredible experience. I felt a little nervous, but Dr. Sigalove and the nurses were beyond kind and respectful. He was my mom's surgeon a few years ago, so I flew in from Chicago. I was worried about being too big or too small, but my breasts now look so natural and perfect for my body with very minimal to no pain or discomfort. I feel so thankful and confident!

To say Dr Sigalove is the best of the best, is an understatement. I am confident in saying he did what no other surgeon could do. After a DMX with tissue expanders (due to breast cancer at 27) I was left with severe symmastia by another surgeon. Every surgeon under the sun turned me away and refused to operate on me. Until meeting with Dr Sigalove I had no confidence that I would ever look normal again. And then he did the impossible. I am blown away by his abilities and so thankful for his skills 🙏🏽 Truly a life changing surgery for me.
