Arizona Ocular and Facial Plastic Surgery: Dustin Heringer, MD

Excellent support from staff. Made me feel comfortable. It is difficult to determine, where, within the office complex the doctors office is located. There are no signs giving the office number or location. Strongly recommend some type of signage in the building lobby as well as within the Optician office (even a small sign on the face of Angela's partition). 09/14 I arrived on time for my 11am apt. But apparently there was some issue of unexplained backlog. I wanted until approx 11:40 to be called and was seen by the doctor at 11:50. It's a little perplexing to be sent repeated email to arrive on time and then wait without explanation. I've been in private business and know that 'things' happen. It would have been nice if I was simply told how long to expect my delay. I think there may have been a new person being trained. The staff are always pleasant and friendly.

Went for a followup appointment with Dr Heringer today and it was positive in that he gave me options and explained them to me and explained thoroughly what is going on with my eye. Appreciated his honesty with me in the procedure he had planned to do on my eye, and told me if I had come for the mucus graft he was going to do, he would not do it because of my improvement. Total confidence in Dr Heringer’s honesty and character.

Was referred to Dr. Heringer from my mom's eye surgeon, which is always a good sign to get a recommendation from another surgeon. Had a double eyelid procedure and just had 2 week post op today. He and his staff were very professional and attentive. I am pleased with my results even though I still have some further healing left. I consulted with 3 eye surgeons and glad I chose Dr. Heringer!!

Had an excellent outcome w/my eye procedure by Dr. Heringer! It greatly improved my vision! The staff could not have been more accommodating & attentive. They definitely are tailored-made for their jobs. Loved their personalities!

Very good experience with the office staff and medical staff. But please put the address on your appointment notifications. I went to the wrong office. I had an appointment that I made for one office but when I got there I was scheduled at another office on my first visit. Very satisfied with the surgery to correct my inverted eyelid. Nice to feel like I have nothing in my eye.
