Incredible experience with Megan at North Valley dermatology! I got a Hydro facial and it was absolutely out of this world! Megan took great care in making sure I received the right treatment based on my skin type, needs and goals! It was so restorative, rejuvenating and I left their glowing! Different packages and tiers to choose from so it’s definitely custom tailored, which is so nice. Thank you, Megan for making me feel so beautiful!!!

Dr. Cetta is very thorough in her examines. She discusses what she finds and her plan to take care of her concerns. I am very happy with the way she approaches her patients. Dr. Cetta is very willing to answer questions or explain her diagnosis. Her assistants are excellent too. I would highly recommend her and the North Valley Dermatology team to anyone looking for quality care.

Although I do not love that I have to go see Dr Heiner. I DO love Dr Heiner! His bedside manners are great! Very professional! His medical assistants are always super sweet! Thank you Dr Heiner for always taking care of me and having amazing results!

When I made the appointment, the gal I spoke with was friendly but that's the only nice comment I can say about this place. Front desk were more interested in speaking to each other than helping clients. They were chopping on food and talking about clients! My son was super nervous and speaks very low, they were super rude and impatient with him. Got back into the doctor room and a nurse comes flying in, speaks a million mile an hour and leaves in a rush. Doctor Sorensen finally comes in and was so insensitive and he too was very rushed. I feel like these people are just about the money... getting people in and out is all that is important to them!

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Sorensen. He doesn’t have good bedside manner, I felt like he didn’t care about my concerns, and he made me feel stupid for asking questions. He would cut me off before I got a chance to explain my concerns and would completely dismiss them. For me personally, I need a doctor who is patient and willing to listen to my concerns fully before dismissing them as nothing. I also felt extremely rushed and uncomfortable. I will not be going back, and will not be recommending him to anyone. And, the only reason this place has so many positive reviews is because when they send you a request to leave a review, it says “If you had a good experience, leave a review, but if not, just contact us!” 🙄 They don’t want people to leave a bad review. Well maybe instead of focusing on not getting bad reviews, focus on hiring doctors who give a crap about their patients.
