Rating their practice at 3 solely due to the front desk staff. The providers are great but the front desk is killing them. It is a significant burden on the patient to get an appointment. They won’t answer the phone and routinely don’t respond when leaving a message. Have to go into the office to get scheduled. When in the office the front desk staff is never seen as being busy nor on the phone. When there for an appt finally I never see another patient. Makes sense that they’re aren’t busy with having patients when they ignore the phone.

I have been a patient of Premier Dermatology for over 4 years and I highly recommend them ! I began seeing Lorraine for yearly skin cancer checks ( so very important!) and then I started exploring treatments for anti aging . I’ve had lip filler , Botox and most recently thread lifts. I’m extremely pleased with the subtle improvements in my overall look . Lorraine is honest about expectations and is very meticulous about her techniques …she is highly skilled and I will never go anywhere else for my skin screenings and cosmetic procedures ….it’s so convenient and also reassuring to have both in one location ! Lorraine is also kind and caring …you can’t always find that in a competent medical provider ! I highly recommend this office and Lorraine !

i would highly recommend AZ Premier Dermatology! I have been going for years and have always been really impressed and have had great experiences. The whole office is very friendly and helpful. My son has also been recently for his acne. We are so happy with this office! We always see Dr. Lorraine Kempton when we go! She is amazing She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen. She is very thorough and helpful. She always takes time to explain. She really cares about her patients.

Wrote a script good through 8/29/24, with incorrect amounts. When we tried to refill the partial prescription, due to the poorly written up prescription, the doctor refused and demanded we come in for another checkup! It's acne medicine! Fired them and scheduled with English Dermatology.

I have been getting botox and filler with Arizona Premier Dermatology for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE Lorraine! I typically do botox in my forehead, a brow lift because I naturally do not have an arch as well as lip filler. She is so educated and in-the-know of what products are best to use for definition lines and volume of filler, I love my results every appointment! :) We are going to be trying out cheek filler asap and I can't wait! :)
