I received exceptional quality care from Dr Fox i am so very happy to have found her and highly recommend this office. The staff is very nice and i now feel relieved to know that my skin has been thoroughly checked out and all of my sun damage issues resolved And I have found a wonderful doctor to see in the east Valley. They have several locations everywhere. So it makes it very convenient. It is the kind of quality care I've been searching for for years. Thank you again, Dr. Fox.

I was seen in a timely manner. Front desk assisted with me not having my card. Tech chatted up well and did his job well. Doc in and out (which was perfect for me) but not rushed. Explained everything as she went.

Had to undergo the “BLUE LIGHT THERAPY”. I had to press the “help” button after only a couple minutes. AIDS came running in assuring me I would be fine. That shit burned like hell!! But they came in and relaxed me IMMEDIATELY!! Made me lmao with their antics to keep me calm! Great comedy team!! I got thru it thanks to them!! Dr. Machnau is both professional and caring. Business like when she needs to be and friendly and transparent when appropriate. Her team exemplifies those same qualities obviously from her leadership by example! The quality of patient care and treatment are unsurpassed! Thank you!

The appointment was quick, front desk great, picking up prescription was awful. Sent to wrong pharmacy even though I verbally told them my preference and it’s on my chart. has taken 4 days to get it reversed so I can pick up at my pharmacy of choice. The office did not help had to make the calls myself very upsetting.
