Mia Aesthetics Phoenix

I recently visited Mia Aesthetics for an in-person consultation, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. While it’s worth noting that when you call their number, you will be transferred to the headquarters in Miami, and they often suggest virtual consultations, I found it much more reassuring to attend a walk-in consultation. They offer these in-person consultations from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Orlando, who was incredibly knowledgeable and informative. He patiently answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had, which put my mind at ease. The clinic itself was pristine, and the staff was welcoming and professional, creating a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend Mia Aesthetics for anyone considering plastic surgery. Their attention to detail, excellent bedside manner, and informative approach made my experience exceptional. Had a great experience here at Mia got my surgery March 10 I’m on day 9 post op and everything is going well. All the staff is friendly and Dr.Orlando was great! If you don’t want to to travel abroad for your surgery I would go with Mia aesthetics. Thank you guys.

This place is fantastic. I highly recommend Doctor Orlando. He is an artist and does awesome work. I had a breast reduction last week. They removed 2lbs as I went from a DD to a C cup. I'm so grateful and wish I had done this a long time ago. I no longer need an extra padded strapped bolder holder. I will be able to do push ups for upper body strength and have firmer arms without pulling my shoulders out. I now will also be able to wear shirts/blouses/tops that fit my shoulders and my chest for the first time. I have a history of using electrical tape around bra strap clasps to avoid back rashes, and dbl sided tape on straps to keep tops from falling off my shoulders from having to buy XL tops that fit my chest but not my shoulders. I'm finally proportioned. Thank you Dr. Orlando!

So far i have been in touch with Melanie who gave me my in person consultation, she answers my questions via text even after the consult, I have a Surgery date for 05/09/2025. I have paid up most of my surgery and I pray that they don’t need to reschedule like most reviews on here look like and never get there surgery done . Hoping for a good positive outcome and great results, so for now I’m leaving this here until then I’ll be back with another review once said and done.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this surgical center. I paid a deposit and an additional $6,000 for my surgery, but they never refunded my money nor performed the surgery. They claimed I was missing lab work, but I referred the necessary documents back to them twice. Instead of providing a clear explanation, they kept rescheduling my surgery due to "missing files." This constant runaround and lack of transparency were incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
