Patrick is awesome. However , today as I was leaving I was told I owed $76.00 for treatment. Never in my life have I owed any money for prevented cancer treatment. Of course I paid my copay when I arrived. I got in my car and called insurance company right away. They confirmed I did not owe any extra money other than the copay. Not Nice!!!!!.

Always feel respected here. Dr Madden is very friendly and professional and puts you at ease. I was happy with my exam and she made me feel great about everything, including an issue I was a little concerned about. Would recommend!

This place and the people that work here are amazing. I have a really tough case of psoriasis that I've been dealing with for over 40 years and I've seen quite a few dermatologists in that time and no has ever been more understanding of what exactly I'm dealing with in everyday life then this place. My insurance company is really difficult about approving medication for me and I just met with Liz at Phoenix Skin and she was so upbeat and positive and I can just tell that her and her team will fight for me to get the medication we know works great. Highly recommend!!

Very helpful information on what my options are at various price points and what to expect, recovery process, etc. Dr. Madden was very friendly, professional and helpful and wasn’t just trying to sell me something I didn’t want or need. The MA Maranda was also very helpful and kind! I had a great experience and will definitely be scheduling when I am ready! Also, I go here for laser hair removal and tattoo removal on the other side of the building and Cris has been AMAZING to see. She’s also very knowledgeable as someone with a bunch of tattoos herself and knows how to put me at ease in all of my sessions. Phoenix Skin is definitely best in the Valley.

Went in for a full body skin cancer screening for my first time at PHOENIX SKIN today. When I first walked in the office I was greeted by a very friendly staff at the desk. Office was nice and clean. I met with Elizabeth Walter, PA-C. She came in and greeted with a smile and was very friendly and warm. I knew right away that I was in the right place. She was extremely thorough throughout the exam. She explained everything as she went along. She did not rush through the exam and really took her time with me. The reviews that I had read prior to my appointment were all very positive about all the Dermatologists at this office. I chose Elizabeth Walter because of her wonderful reviews and I prefer a female for this particular appointment. I would highly recommend PHOENIX SKIN and Elizabeth Walter. This is why I rated it 5 stars. I’m already scheduled for my annual exam next year.
