My experience compared to other places has been very good. A totally different experience than the previous Dermatologists. Call afterwards to see if everything is going ok. Great staff and follow through.

Never emailed or mailed bill, sent me to collections after visit. I HAVE the money but apparently they can send me 7 reminders to review them (which I'm now doing) but can't be bothered to email a link to a bill portal or send an actual mail. Service isn't so amazing to be worth affecting my credit rating. PLENTY of other offices in the city that ask for payment properly.

Great experience. Never felt like I was being sold something that wasn't right. I was dealt with personally and professionally -- my appointment was on time, expectations were clearly communicated, and I was "in and out" quick.
